My dog is the reason I live and breathe. I mean, look at him. He's basically a real-life stuffed animal:
While many people would agree that pets can provide you with endless joy, there's a pretty big camp of people out there who see no point in owning an animal. Many of them gather on the subreddit r/petfree to share their distaste for pets and pet owners. I don't identify with these people but was still curious about their reasoning.
